Questions
What video do I need?
One full swing, from address to finish, filmed on a phone that stays still: lean it on your bag or use a tripod. Your whole body and the club need to stay in the picture, including the top of your backswing. The filming guide shows where to put the phone.
Which camera angle should I use?
Either works, and each shows different things. Down the line (from behind, looking at the target) shows posture, hand path, the club’s plane and standing up through impact. Face-on (from in front of you) shows sway, head movement, weight shift and ball position. If your package includes a second angle, send both.
How long does it take?
Analysis starts automatically when your video arrives, and we email you as soon as your lesson is ready.
What can’t you measure?
Without a launch monitor we don’t report ball speed, spin, carry, launch angle or club face angle, and we never make them up. If the ball flight is visible we may describe it, for example “consistent with a push-fade”. Measurements come from your video in two dimensions, so each one comes with a confidence level, never as lab-grade 3D numbers.
What if my video doesn’t work?
Every upload is checked before analysis. If it can’t be used, for example because the club leaves the frame, we tell you exactly what to change and you upload a replacement at no extra cost.
Refunds and retries
If an analysis fails we retry it automatically, and a person checks any result we aren’t confident in before it’s sent. If we can’t deliver your lesson, we refund you in full.
How does the follow-up work?
The Correction Package includes a second analysis. After you’ve worked on your fix, upload a new swing and we measure what changed since the first one, and whether the fix is working.
Is my video private?
Yes. Videos are stored privately and only open through links that expire. We never use your swing in marketing unless you tick the separate, optional box that allows it. Original uploads are deleted after 90 days. Reply to any of our emails to have your data deleted sooner.
Do I need an account?
No. Pay as a guest and we email you a private link to upload your swing and see your lesson.
