Rush Reviews collects your checkout email, order and payment references, swing videos, swing details you submit and the resulting analysis. Stripe handles card details; this site does not store card numbers. The service is currently a preview using test payments.
Videos and swing details are used to prepare your review. Supabase provides private database and file storage, Stripe provides checkout, Resend sends order emails, and Hostinger hosts the website. Analysis runs on the owner's analysis computer. Authorized operators can inspect an order to resolve a failure or support request.
Your order link grants access to your upload and result. Keep it private. Links expire and can be revoked; recovery sends a new link only to the checkout email. Videos use private storage with time-limited download links. Already issued signed links can remain usable until expiry. Deletion attempts remove files promptly and repeat cleanup after outstanding upload links expire. Security controls reduce risk but cannot guarantee absolute confidentiality.
Original uploads are scheduled for deletion 90 days after acceptance, including orders awaiting review. Unfinished uploads expire after one day. Derived review media follow the configured retention period shown on your order, normally 365 days. Scheduled deletion is processed by housekeeping and can be delayed by a service outage. Order, consent and payment records may be kept to resolve support issues and meet applicable recordkeeping duties. Contact support to request earlier deletion or a copy of your data.
Permission to submit a video is required. Marketing permission is separate, optional and unticked by default. We do not publish your video merely because you submit it. Rate limits use a keyed hash of your connection address. This analysis application does not embed advertising or third-party analytics scripts; the main WordPress website has a separate legacy plugin stack.
