Checkout currently uses Stripe test payments and collects no real money. A simulated test payment is not a charge to your bank card. Do not enter real card details into a test checkout.

Unusable footage
If a video cannot support a review, the order page explains what to change and provides a replacement upload at no additional package charge. Do not create another order simply to replace an unusable video.
When an order cannot be fulfilled
Before real payments open, the service will publish its final paid refund terms. The intended policy is a full refund if we cannot deliver the purchased analysis. Operators review failures; refund status is confirmed from Stripe rather than inferred from an upload error. Refund processing times depend on the payment provider and bank.
